The Orchestra of New Creations, Experimentations and Improvised Music (Onceim) presents a performance featuring compositions by Stephen O'Malley and François J. Bonnet. The concert takes place at the Auditório do Museu on November 29, 2026, starting at 6:30 PM.
The program includes Stephen O'Malley's "Gruidés," a 35-minute drone piece focused on harmonic experimentation, and François J. Bonnet's "Orbes," a 40-minute work inspired by Milton's "Paradise Lost." "Orbes" is structured as a succession of indivisible elements, with the sequence determined by the conductor during each performance.
Tickets are priced at €13,00, with a reduced rate of €9,00 available for Serralves Friends, students, young people (12-18 years), and those over 65. Onceim, founded fifteen years ago, is known for its collective approach and its exploration of new soundscapes through a blend of written composition and improvisation.
