The play "O Diabo em mim" is a new production by Visões Úteis, with direction by Carlos Costa. The concept originated from a collection of wizard advertisements and led the author to study Tarot with Camelia Elias and Bent Sorenson.
The performance examines propitiatory practices and the interplay between desire and fear. It includes tarot card readings, contrasting with the prevalence of Artificial Intelligence. The artistic team features Carlos Costa for direction, text, and interpretation, Maria Manada for set design, costumes, and props, and Pedro Correia for lighting design.
