Nini e Simão: A Aventura da Alimentação

The event "Nini e Simão: A Aventura da Alimentação" is a session for children aged 5 to 9, held as part of the Universal Children's Rights Day celebrations. It takes place on November 10, 2026, at 14:30, at the Biblioteca Municipal Almeida Garrett in Porto.

The session, led by nutritionist Tânia Cordeiro, uses a story to explore themes such as discovering new foods, the importance of healthy eating habits, and fostering a positive relationship with food. It also aims to encourage reflection on food preferences and neophobia, promoting curiosity and experimentation in a fun and engaging way.

Admission to the event is free. Tânia Cordeiro is a nutritionist specializing in Community Nutrition and Public Health, with a PhD from the University of Porto, and works with the Porto City Council on health literacy programs.
