Equilíbrios, by Pedro Matias, is a contemporary circus project that investigates the concept of balance. The performance is a monodisciplinary solo, using the rola-bola as its primary means of expression.
The project is motivated by the question, "What is balance?" It explores balance as a negotiation of forces, which, despite its stability, is always circumstantial and inherently involves tension. This work aims to understand balance through practice and recognize it in other contexts.
The event takes place at TMP, Campo Alegre on November 6 and 7, 2026, with performances starting at 19:30. Tickets are priced at 9€, and discounts are available with the Cartão Porto.
