Disposofonia: Fonogramas, Arquivo e Colecionismo

Disposofonia: Fonogramas, Arquivo e Colecionismo is a series of three sessions that brings together Sonoscopia and Fonoteca Municipal do Porto, focusing on their vinyl record collections. The program explores sound heritage through preservation and experimentation, treating vinyl records as both memory archives and raw material for new sound experiences.

The final session, on November 13, 2026, will draw parallels between the collections of Sonoscopia and FMP, highlighting their commonalities and differences. This commented listening session will focus on the variety of physical formats, editions as artistic expression, and unconventional phonographic recordings.

The event takes place at Fonoteca Municipal do Porto, starting at 18:30. Admission is free.
