Cordeiro convida Euterpe | Curcumbia

Manoel Cordeiro, a highly influential figure in Amazonian music, is known for his work in genres like guitarrada and modern carimbó. In this special concert, Cordeiro invites Euterpe, a singer from Roraima, to join him on stage. Their performance will weave together memory, identity, and musical innovation, creating a bridge between different territories, traditions, and generations, all while celebrating the cultural diversity of the Amazon.

Following this, Curcumbia will perform. This musical project brings together musicians from various backgrounds who share a passion for Latin American musical traditions. Drawing inspiration from Peruvian and Colombian cumbia, the group incorporates traditional instruments, improvisation, psychedelia, and electronic elements to create a contemporary sound. The concert takes place on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 21:00 in Sala 2 of Casa da Música in Porto. Tickets are priced at €22.00.
