The Jazz Room is a one-hour live show about the roots of New Orleans jazz. It mixes well-known classics with improvisation, with saxophone, trumpet and vocals, in a bar styled after 1920s New Orleans.
The Late Jazz Quintet will play a programme that includes St. James Infirmary, When the Saints Go Marching In, On the Sunny Side of the Street, Basin Street Blues and Hello, Dolly. You can order cocktails at the bar.
The show is at Hot Five Jazz&Blues Club, Rua de Guerra Junqueiro 495, on Saturday 21 November 2026 at 18:00. It's for over-18s only, and the venue isn't accessible for people with reduced mobility. Tables are shared and given out on arrival. There's a mix of seating and standing room, so a seat isn't guaranteed. Tickets from €21.
