Wine-Dark Sea, de Maria Trabulo

The exhibition "Wine-Dark Sea" by Maria Trabulo is on display at Galeria Presença. It includes sculpture, photography, and painting, with pieces created between 2014 and 2021.

The artist collected saltwater from the Mediterranean and Atlantic, using it to reveal the ocean's chromatic presence. The works are based on descriptions of the sea's color from migrants, fishermen, and climate activists in Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

The exhibition runs from September 19 to November 7, 2026. The inauguration is on September 19 at 4:00 PM. Visiting hours are Tuesday to Saturday, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Admission is free.
