CINANIMA nas Universidades is back at Casa Comum on November 5 and 6, starting at 21:30 each day. This 12th edition is part of the celebrations for CINANIMA – Espinho International Animation Film Festival's 50th anniversary.
The event presents two distinct programs. One is a selection from the Polish festival O!PLA Focus on Poland vol. 14, dedicated to contemporary Polish animation. The other features films by former students of the IADT – Institute of Art, Design & Technology, from Ireland. The sessions offer a chance to discover new authors and reflect on animation as an artistic and cultural expression.
Entry is free for all sessions. The O!PLA Focus On Poland vol. 14 program, shown on November 5, includes films from the 14th O!PLA Animation Festival, which is Poland's largest festival for national animation, judged by the public.
